After a week to catch our breath and fully take in the situation, we have decided to extend the closure of the Workhouse Gallery to our website sales. While not officially required to do this, we feel this is the responsible course of action: helping to slow the spread of the virus by not adding more pressure to the UK delivery network.

How will this work?
This means that for the time being, we will not be fulfilling any orders. You will still be able to place orders online and they will be processed as soon as we resume operations.

If you need to get in touch:
Please email, which is being checked regularly. Unfortunately, we will not be able to answer phone calls during this time.

For now:
We hope all our customers can appreciate why we've done this, and we look forward to opening again in the near future.

Going forward:
The Workhouse Gallery is a family-owned business and part of the vibrant community of Presteigne. We are keeping our employee’s jobs safe; utilising the furlough offered by the government to help everyone get through this difficult time. We would like to reassure our customers that we are in a strong position come back fighting fit when this is all over and, in the meantime, we are using the time to think about the future and reinvigorate our creative process.
